well its looking like another early night.  today at wrestling we ran a mile for a time.  i was shooting for 6 minutes becuz thats what i need for ironman.  well i got 610 becuz someones alittle out of shape.  so ill have to get that later in the season.  then as soon as we were done we ran about another mile just for fun.  then we wrestled for like an hour and a half now im dead.

well today bascily sucked.  i woke up ready to fall over. and then had to attend and participate in strength training, gym, and to top it off, wrestling.  but wreslting wasnt bad becuz i actually enjoy running for extended periods of time and wrestling till im ready to throw up.  so i think after this long day im going to finish my 3 math assignments and call it a night. can you say in bed by 7? sounds good to me

yesterday was sweet.  shaun and i went to ryans to play football with a bunch of people.  woke up today a little sore but it happens.

i needed a new video. i got sick of seeing the old one.  so this time it is joe satriani.  he is an amazing guitarist.  so not much is going on.  barn party last night was awesome.  my dance partner and i were the best ever at square dancing.

today i decided to change the video up top from sweet child o' mine to van halen's eruption guitar solo.  im learning to play this right now.  i think its pretty sweet. well that's about it and tomorrow ill be at tri-county for the morning service. but i dont know what time it starts so if someone could tell me that would be great. thanks
